Researchdata.se is a national web portal that enables users to discover, share, and reuse research data across a broad range of disciplines. The portal also provides guidance and recommendations for effective research data management.

Researchdata.se collects metadata from various databases (like e.g. SITES data portal, ICOS Carbon Portal and the Bolin Centre database) which increases visibility and accessibility of Swedish research data. Users can easily search for a certain measurement location and find metadata to related datasets without the need to visit and search several databases.

Right now, this service is most effective for the combined ICOS-SITES stations. But we encourage users of our infrastructure to also follow the FAIR principles and make data and related metadata findable and accessible.

Researchdata.se is supported by several major Swedish research infrastructures and represents a key step toward achieving open access to publicly funded research data.The work is led by the Swedish National Data Service (SND) and funded by the Swedish Research Council (VR).
